Designed for oil and gas analysts or potential analysts, this course takes the participant through real-life modelling scenarios. The course is designed to be immediately useable by students in creating their own real-world models.

The essence of this course involves working through practical problems sequentially, with solution files provided for later referencing. Other items taught in the course are based on proprietary techniques used in actual valuation work.

At the end of this sessions, participants should be able to:

  1. Carry out Adhoc and standard analytical modelling exercises within short time frames
  2. Easily peer-review oil and gas models from other sources.
  3. Build economic models based on specified fiscal terms as required.
  4. Analyse the results from the economic models, extract key metrics and build appropriate reports.
  5. Make appropriate recommendations for management.
